Spyglass
Spyglass is a simple (variable strength) desktop magnifier. Just double-click on the executable file (spyglass.exe) to start it; click on the "X" in the upper right corner of the Spyglass window to close the magnifier. While it's running, the Spyglass window will display an enlarged view of whatever area the mouse pointer is centered in.
