LABELS:

dBworxPE can produce mailing labels on standard 1 inch by 2 5/8 inch
laser labels (30 labels per sheet).

To create mailing labels from your dBworxPE file, click on the "Reports"
menu and select "Setup/Run Labels". When the label setup screen
displays, all you have to do is link the appropriate fields in your file to
the Name, Address-1, Address-2, and Address-3 lines to be printed
on the mailing labels.

You can select one or more fields to be mapped to each line on the
label. Just click on one of the entries in the "Available Fields" box,
then click the appropriate button (Name, Address-1, etc.) at the
bottom of the screen. The field you selected will be added to the box
on the right. If you made a mistake or change your mind, just click
on an item in the "Selected Fields" box and that entry will be removed.

Let's say you have the following fields in your dBworxPE file:

   First Name
   Last Name
   Suite or Apartment No.
   Street Address
   City
   State
   Zip code

You could set up your labels as follows:

 1) Click on "First Name" (in the "Available Fields" box) then click the
     "Name Field" button
 2) Click on "Last Name" then click on the "Name Field" button
 3) Click on "Suite or Apartment No.", then click the "Address-1"
     button
 4) Click on "Street Address", then click the "Address-2" button
 5) Click on "City", then click the "Address-3" button
 6) Click on "State", then click the "Address-3" button
 7) Click on "Zip code", then click the "Address-3" button

Now you're ready to print labels from the records in your file (or a
filtered sub-set of those records).
