PIE CHARTS:
Pie chart - current record, multiple fields
You can create a pie chart from the data fields in any dBworxPE
record. Just click on the record that contains the data you want
to use to build your graph, then select "Create pie chart - current
record, multiple fields" from the "Reports" menu.
Enter a title for your pie chart, then enter the field description of the
first field that contains graph data, and the field description for the last
field that contains graph data. These fields must be all together --
fields 3 through 7 for example, but not 3 thru 5 and field 7.
Once the pie chart displays, you can close that window and dBworxPE
will ask if you want to edit/print the chart. If you answer yes, another
message will pop up asking you to click 'Edit' and 'Paste' once
Microsoft Paint opens. That will display the chart so that you can
print a hard copy or save it in a particular format.
Pie chart - multiple records, single field
You can create a pie chart from the data fields in multiple dBworxPE
records. Just select "Create pie chart - multiple records, single field"
from the "Reports" menu. Enter a title for your pie chart, then enter
the field description of the field that contains graph data, and the first
and last record numbers that you want to use to create your chart.
These records must be grouped together -- records 3 through 7 for
instance, but not 3 thru 5 and record 7.
