SORTING:

To sort dBworxPE records, select the "Records" menu and click on
"Sort Ascending" or "Sort Descending".  A pop-up screen will appear
showing all the fields in the current database file.  Click on each
field you want to sort on (in the order you want to sort by).  As
you click on an available field, you'll see it appear in the box
on the right-hand side of your screen. If you change your mind or
if you've made a mistake, click on any field in the "Selected for
sorting" box to remove that field. 

NOTE: You can sort on up to three fields at a time.

Once you've selected the fields you want to sort on, click "OK" and
dBworxPE will re-display the records in the sequence you chose.

You can also sort a dBworxPE file by clicking on the column header 
for a given field.  The first time you click on the header the file
will be sorted in ascending order according to the contents of that
field; the next time you click on the column header the file will 
be sorted in descending order by that field.
